Mi chiamo Diego Sever, vivo tra Milano e Bergamo e lavoro come illustratore indipendente. Sono cresciuto nel nord italia e fin dall'infanzia coltivo la mia passione per il disegno, da allora ho creato migliaia di immagini, ho studiato disegno e pittura consultando centinaia di libri, ho sperimentato numerose tecniche pittoriche e ho disegnato in (quasi) ogni momento libero. Ho studiato discipline pittoriche al Liceo Artistico Manzù di Bergamo e ho svolto il corso triennale di illustrazione dell'Istituto Europeo di Design di Milano, laureandomi con il massimo dei voti nel 2011. Per me, creare illustrazioni non è solamente un mestiere, ma è un piacere senza tempo che mi tiene vivo lungo questi anni: starmene ore seduto a disegnare davanti ad un tecnigrafo, dare forma alla mia immaginazione, guardare le mie idee crescere su un foglio di carta... così esprimo me stesso, e così soddisfo il mio bisogno di perfezione. Sono sempre alla ricerca di qualche progetto nuovo! Se ne hai uno da proporre, non esitare a contattarmi, sarò felice di discutere le tue idee.

My name is Diego Sever and I'm an independent illustrator living between Milan and Bergamo. I grew up in the north of Italy; my passion for drawing started in my childhood, since then I have created thousands of images, read hundreds of art books, experimented new drawing techniques and drawn almost everytime. I have studied illustration in Milan, more exactly I have attended the three years course of illustration in the prestigious European Institute of Design and I graduated with honours in july 2011. For me, creating illustrations is not only a job, it's an old pleasure that keeps me alive: spending hours working on a drawing desk, shaping my imagination, watching my ideas growing on a piece of paper... This is the first way I express myself and this is how I satisfy my need of perfection. I'm always looking for new projects!
